岗位描述：
1. 负责系统集成服务线IT咨询相关全局性工作事务，进行客户经营、业务拓展，项目销售，推动公司高层战略落地，保证项目利润要求以及总体业绩目标的达成。
2. 负责带领团队进行方法论及解决方案的研究、提炼与完善，为客户提供高质量的IT咨询及实施服务，具备同时领衔管控3个以上的大型咨询与实施项目的能力。
3. 吸纳人才，扩大团队规模，带领团队高质量完成系统集成相关咨询项目的交付，同时支持新业务能力的开发与拓展，可结合实践经验进行专题研究和团队建设。
4. 成为公司战略客户、重点客户，以及服务线的行业负责人（汽车/零售/医疗/能源/通信/金融/高科技等），具备与客户高层进行沟通合作，善于经营长期且持久的业务关系网络。
5. 作为核心客户群/项目群/行业负责人完成各项财务考核指标，并且实现高速增长
Qualifications:
1. 14年以上系统集成服务领域相关咨询经验，一线咨询公司与大型IT咨询服务公司经验者优先
2. 具备高超的语言表达能力、演讲能力、良好的个人风格与形象，优秀的解决方案文档组织与编写能力，能够快速理解用户需求，提炼痛点与关键点形成优质解决方案
3. 以项目总监角色参与过5个以上系统集成相关IT类大型项目（群）的项目管理与完整交付，包括前期交流，项目售前，合同谈判，项目交付和项目财务管控
4. 具备优秀的客户服务意识和抗压能力，善于总结和不断改进，能够激励团队和活用体系化的交付方法完成各种具有难度和挑战性的工作，能接受高强度的出差
5. 熟悉和了解业界趋势，具备前瞻力，善于快速学习和吸收，能够结合实践经验与客户进行交流沟通，丰富的项目运作能力，具备敏锐的洞察力和创新精神
6. 技术能力：熟悉并了解IT领域的领先实践，对IT技术有高度的前瞻性和理解力。
7. 业务能力：熟悉并了解2-3个行业领域的业务概貌，保持对行业发展变革的较高关注度，能够跳出IT看业务，具备高层管理视角与战略高度。
