Work Responsibilities

Personally provide guests with exceptional service
Responsible for team to provide guests with exceptional service
Motivate and provide strong leadership to team
Ensure shop meets quality and food service regulations
Provide coaching and direction to the employees to achieve standards and goals
Constantly review store environment and key business indicators to identify and rectify problems and concerns and recommend to reporting manager
Identify and build on opportunities to increase sales and improve systems
Competent at producing consistency in coffee making
Knowledgeable about espresso machines
Responsible for accurate cash handling by employees and ensuring procedures are strictly adhered to
Contribute to store goals by increasing sales and improving profits
Effective rostering of team to reflect peaks and troughs in business


Requirements
Education:
Minimum high school graduate
Hospitality or service certification with barista training preferred
Current Health Certification

Work Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in similar role


Skills:
Knowledgable about coffee
Knowledgeable about espresso machines
Self learner
Ability to learn and adapt
Attention to detail
Demonstrate excellent leadership
Knowledgeable about food safety laws
Computer skills
Basic English required
Physically fit
