Key responsibilities:
1.Project sales by referencing sales history, promotion schedule, store opening plan and festivals;
2.Align with customers and vendors for a good and efficient supply pattern, both within cost restraints and consistent with vendors' lead times;
3.Ensure a good material planning cycle from sending orders to the suppliers to materials being received by DCs, with promotion products delivery to stores inclusive;
4.Liaise with vendors and shipping lines and ensure the import and export documents and requirements are processed and met in compliance with government rules and regulations;
5.Respond to special request from customers, changes or unexpected disturbance in product supply or contingent situations such as delay of vessels, unexpected fluctuation in sales, strikes or stock recovery;
6.Monitor inventory level to meet customer's sales and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) such as inventory days;
7.Administrate the purchasing and inventory control modules of the HLS/SOA system;
8.Arrange regular physical inventory count to ensure stock accuracy;
9.Handle slow moving or leftover item inventory in DCs or outside storage;
10.Prepare monthly inventory projection to suppliers if necessary.

Qualification:
1.3 years purchasing,inventory control and customer services experience.Exposure to the fast food chain industryand good connection with the shipping industry is desirable;
2.Bachelor degree,additional qualifications in Purchasing or Inventory Control are added as advantage;
3.Good command of English;
4.Sensitive to number;
5.Accurate, systematic, communicative;
6.High influencing skills and dominance. Able to communicate with people and ensure high standards of work.
