全国业务部培训经理-熟直销/保险/大健康产业

工作职责：

1. 建立和管理全国培训系统，制定培训策略，完善培训课程结构，并根据公司业务发展情况，制定全国培训计划。

2. 完善培训中心培训架构，建立全国各区域培训主任的专业培训与辅导系统、培训工作评估和激励系统、职业发展规划等，计划并安排全国业务培训主任的年度集训。

3. 设计和编写核心课程，执行全国性高级经销商的销售技巧培训；

4. 持续改进现有培训流程，保证产品培训质和量，提升培训的满意度，保证业务培训符合公司业务发展的需要；

5. 指导、培训、激励下属，建立和发展一个高效的团队；

6. 与全国业务部其它组密切合作，为公司业务发展提供专业意见。

任职要求：

1. 本科或以上学历，至少5年以上培训经验；

2. 直销行业或保健品、保险、大健康产业、微商领域培训经验，2年或以上培训管理经验；

3. 优秀的演讲技巧，富有激情；

4. 具有良好的文笔及沟通表达能力。
