职位描述
Responsibilities:
Develop and complete BB projects to drive company excellence.
Identify the potential GB/TEC/LEAN project # based on company strategic; and deliver the finance bottom line result
Work with functional team to select the right projects and build up the project pool;
Support, Coach and Review GB/TEC/LEAN project.
Make regular reports to manager on improvement project progress, barriers, & issues
Deliver Six Sigma/Lean training to all levels of people as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
8 ys work experience including more than 4ys in Black Belt
Have experience in supply chain and commercial continuous improvement.
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt at least for two years.
3 years experience in Continuous improvement.
Background on Lean office is a plus.
Strong leadership ability and communication skills
Excellent oral and written in English and Chinese.
