Moving Consultant

Fast-growing and innovative international moving company is looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join our team of professionals in Shanghai.

The role encompasses the following:
* Responding to client enquiries
* Conducting surveys at the client's home
* Consulting extensively with clients on their moving needs; offering solutions; ensuring that all pertinent information relevant to the client's move is thoroughly researched and clearly communicated
* Generating quotations
* Following up and converting enquiries into booked work.

Interested candidates should possess the following:
* A Bachelor's Degree
* A minimum of 3 years work experience in either sales or customer service. Experience in the moving industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Mother tongue fluency and literacy in Mandarin. This is essential.
* Good interpersonal and people skills
* Strong presentation skills

Chinese nationals who have studies or worked overseas in an English-speaking country are encouraged to apply, as are candidates of Chinese descent who have lived outside of China. The majority of our clients are foreigners and being culturally sensitive and possessing the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse, foreign client base is essential.

Links Relocations (Shanghai) Co Ltd is part of the Links Moving Group and is a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WFOE). We are fully-licensed in the PRC to provide both domestic and international transportation services. We hold a Class A freight forwarder's license.
