1. 确保物业内机电设备的安全运行，对下属人员和所属系统设备负有全面的管理责任；
2. 负责对设施、设备的运行、维修和保养的正常运行定期进行全面检查；
3. 负责统筹供电系统、空调系统、给排水系统、消防系统的日常维护工作；
4. 对相关系统的优化、改造提出专业建议，及编制执行方案；
5. 负责制定物业系统运行方案，使系统设备在保证安全运行的前提下，力图节省能耗；
6. 协助制定物业系统设备月度和年度的维修保养计划和备品、备件计划，定期报送审定；
7. 负责组织安排维修保养计划的实施，制定工作标准，督导下属保证工作质量，提高工作效率；
8. 执行政府部门的有关行业法规，加强安全管理和安全教育，建立各级安全制度，防止发生安全事故；
9. 协助工程经理完成工作指标。

1. 5年以上写字楼/物业机电管理工作经验，工程类大专以上学历，机电、电气或土建专业，大型物业机电管理工作2年以上者优先；
2. 对写字楼及物业各种设备的维修保养、智能化系统、节能降耗等有丰富的经验；
3. 熟悉物业管理行业法律、法规及物业管理业务各个环节；
4. 具有良好的沟通及书面表达能力，具备良好的团队领导力；
5. 良好的解决实际问题以及突发事件的能力，工作积极主动，能承受工作压力。
