               PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 1.        To be responsible for checking and review  the  regional  trade spending expense -            Ensure supporting documents are sufficient and compliant with MDLZ trade spending policy -            Ensure all the claimed can be paid on time -            Ensure all payments are appropriately approved, correct vendors, recorded correctly in SAP, are reimbursed in time 2.        Provide necessary advice and help to sales people and customers 3.        Coordinate with sales people and other finance teams 4.        Support and assist salesman to distributor  reconciliation for trade spending claim 5.        Provide basic account payable analysis for management, such as prepayment ageing report, etc. Education, qualifications and training Bachelor degree, major in finance; CET-4 or above Experience or skills required  - At least 1 years finance experience, FMCG is preferred  - Careful and strong sense of responsibility   -Good computer skills  - Good communication skills  - Business English is required  Specialized knowledge or skills required SAP Experience is preferred
