职位描述

Position: Support Steering Process

Division/Department: HR, Orga. & ITP / ITP Region China

Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

  • A professional project management for implementation and rollout of standard solutions to all VW Group companies in the region esp. for SSP processes, especially ERP HCM.

  • The usage of VW Group IT solutions and processes in all VW Joint Venture companies in the China region, relatively to SSP.

  • The research of industry trends and guide business strategy realization towards the use of world leading standard software solutions for the VW Group in China on SSP field.

  • A reliable handover of IT Systems from project phase to operation-phase


Your Responsibilities:

  • SSP Project Management

    • Research and introduce advanced management concepts Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for SSP business process.

    • Decide technical solutions and govern SSP/B1/Porta1 project implementations and handover.

    • Manage project and monitor the result for further improvement

    • Manage projects with up to 10 project members

    • Roll out web-based IT systems to OEM and component JVs to support the VW business strategy

    • Synchronize and harmonize JVs projects with VW Group solutions in a web-based environment.

  • Business Process Management

    • Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and consolidate business requirements with strongly focus on customer orientation

    • Build up stable and regular communication to identify and realize synergy

  • Project/Program Implementation Management

    • Manage IT and process related projects including rollout of VW Group solutions, local business process re-engineering and system development

    • Evaluate business cases (ROI/TCO) to ensure cost efficiency of projects

    • Drive request for proposal (PFP) process and manage partners/vendors to deliver the requested products, solutions or services

    • Setup and manage projects by international industry project management standard (PMP) especially focused on scope, budget, quality, time and resources



Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

  • PMP, ITIL, SAP PA

  • Bachelor degree


Personal skills:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate well with people in a variety of positions, roles and levels (both in verbal and written)

  • Excellent in effectively respond, verbally or written, to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints

  • High flexible and strong ability in managing changes in time and to analyze and solve problems involving several options with limited information.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change

  • Proven Proactive problem solving skills, excellent organization skills,

  • High flexible and strong ability to prioritize workload in order to meet commitments


Working experience (in years):

  • IT 5+ years is preferable

  • Project Management 3 years

  • SAP 3+ Years is preferable


Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

  • Multi-culture experience

  • English (fluent)
