岗位职责：

1、负责客户接待工作：落实接待流程符合规范要求，为客户提供解决方案，确保客户满意度持续提升；

2、负责外出服务工作：以满足客户需求为己任，确保客户需求及时解决，持续提升服务品质，协助部门经理对外出服务细节提出改进、建议和规划；

3、负责收发车工作：落实收发车流程符合规范要求，确保信息完整、准确，有意可循；

4、负责车辆救援工作：落实车辆救援流程符合规范要求，确保救援工作快速、有效完成，关注客户感受，确保客户满意。

任职资格：

1、大专以上学历，汽车服务或汽车维修专业；

2、年龄20至30岁，能熟练操作计算机和office软件，有驾驶执照、熟悉汽车驾驶；

3、一年以上工作经验，熟知汽车保养维护和驾驶知识；

4、具有较强的语言表达能力、组织沟通协调能力，有良好的的客户服务意识、团队合作精神。
