We are a leading international communications consultancy, providing services to local and multinational clients. Our Beijing office is now looking to recruit a Senior Finance Manager. Reporting to the Finance Director, the candidate will play a key role in the financial management of the business. He/She will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the finance and accounting functions outlined below.

Duties and Responsibilities:
? General supervision and coordination of the Finance Department
? Provide sound and reliable financial advices to the management and account servicing teams
? General ledger upkeep and financial reporting
? Timely and accurate management reporting and analysis to support management decision making and to enhance operational efficiency
? Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable to achieve optimal working capital
? Cash management and planning
? Annual budgeting and quarterly reforecast
? Budget monitoring and costs control
? Implementation and development of internal control policies
? Improvement and implementation of finance processes and systems
? Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory requirements and corporate policies
? Review and advise on contracts with clients and vendors
? Liaison with clients on debts collection, auditors, bankers, lawyers, tax consultants and local authorities
? Mentor finance subordinates and assist in developing their skills set
? Ad hoc or special projects

The successful candidate will have a degree in accounting/finance with professional qualification; a minimum of 8 years' solid experience in multinational corporations; good working knowledge of accounting system and Excel. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with integrity, diligence, initiative, good commercial acumen, strong reporting and analytical skills, and a team player.
