JOB PURPOSE

Mission  

• Prepare quotation to key account, and prepare quotation in quotation module as well .

• Provide premium customer service to key account, coordinate with operation office in global if requested.

• Review quotations follow up time by time with assigned customer

• Assist filing rate with carrier after rate negotiated by procurement , assist to apply free time with carrier , coordinate any operation claims / problems with carrier locally .

• Assist to prepare quotation to Bollore oversea

Objectives

• Transmit costs (local charges+ ocean freight) to operations

• Insure a good quotations follow up to increase hit ratio

• Assist for troubleshooting

• Assist for any request team could ask for

  

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

• To insure the customer and network satisfaction by providing quotations on time

• To assist the Operation in sustaining the customer’s need in term of follow-up

• To conduct trouble shooting in collaboration with other BOLLORE departments

• Utilized quotation module / CRQ system on procurement more efficiently.

• Other tasks assigned by manager

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service position in service industry.
• Good standardization skills for process.
• Good identification of the duties to be performed by himself and different colleagues and coordination of these duties
• Reactivity, creativity and pro-activeness towards customer for trouble shooting / solutions
• Preferably experience from negotiations.

• Ability to work individually as well as part of a team;
• Reliable, critical thinking, determined and hardworking;
• Good inter-personal skills.
