Position: China Trainee_Competence Management Division: HR, Organization & ITP Location: Beijing Starting Date: March, 2019 Main Goals and Objectives: This position focuses on Competence Management at VCIC; implement different qualification projects in a close cooperation with HR, President Office and Cooperate Affaires. Your Responsibilities: ？ Working closely with the business partners in President Office and Cooperate Affaires on the Qualification -Matrix ？ Organize the HR Qualification Program ？ Develop and implement the “HR Learning Club” ？ Take in charge of the communication with all Volkswagen entities in China region for competence development topics What we offer: ？ The China Graduate Trainee Program is targeting on young talents preparation for VW future business success. ？ We planned an 18 months development process including job rotation, soft skill training and domestic & international assignment to let you grow fast into the professional level. ？ As a starting point you will be involved in working on the strategies in Region China and how to connect them to the committees and decisions in Germany ？ Based on the successful experience over 10 years, this program will continue to provide a development platform for your individual potential!
