Sales Team Leader

we need a qualified team leader to take care of the Corporate and ACDC market, take the responsibility of China sales target .He/she will lead, coach and manage a sales team with 4-6AMs, forecast and deliver team revenue, meet target that company assigned in order to pledge LN’s regional business growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Team productivity

· Accurate forecast and delivery

· Run Business with plan and based on analysis.

· Hard working and timely review

· Communication skill and team work

REQUIREMENTS

· At least 2 years with leading more than 2 sales

· Above 10 years sales experience and at least 5 years with perfect sales recorder

· Bachelor degree in information/ law /business management preferred

· Basic Orale communication and good English written skill
