Key Account business developer (premix business, based in Qingdao)

YOUR MISSION:
- You will be in charge to develop our business of vitamin and mineral premix range, designed for compound feed manufacturers and large farming operations.
- You will handle prospect door opening, product promotion, business negotiation and customer relation management.
- In coordination with the local and global technical department, you will facilitate technical assistance to your customers.
- Position based in Qingdao (Shandong) with regular travel across China.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Chinese citizen with a Master degree in Agriculture / Animal Sciences Engineering, Veterinary sciences or Applied Biology.
- Excellent communication in English and Mandarin. You are familiar to both Chinese and western working environments.
- You have a first relevant experience in animal nutrition business in China, preferably in premix or feed additive markets.

职责：

• 拓展维生素和矿物质预混料的业务范围，为饲料生产商和大型农场合作社提供产品定制服务。

• 潜在客户拜访、产品推广、商业谈判和客户关系管理。

• 协调当地和全球技术部门，为客户提供技术支持。

• 工作地点在青岛，需要在国内定期出差。

要求：

• 拥有农业/动物科学工程、兽医学或应用生物学相关领域硕士学位的中国公民。

• 良好的英语和普通话交流。熟悉中西方的工作环境。

• 具备丰富的国内动物营养行业相关经验，尤其是预混料或饲料添加剂市场。
