职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责店铺销售目标和流量目标的分解，制定推广策略及投放方案，根据实际情况动态优化确保目标达成；
2、对平台各类流量来源进行深入分析，并及时与运营团队沟通，通过调整不断提升流量、有效利用流量、合理配置流量结构；
3、指导开展店铺运营诊断分析，通过行业、竞争对手数据分析，发现店铺存在问题并向运营团队提出优化建议；
4、总结提炼平台推广技巧及研判趋势变化，输出应对方案；
5、利用各种数据工具，搭建和完善数据分析体系，提供数据分析报告以提升项目运营效能；
6、负责团队梯队搭建、培养与日常管理。
任职要求：
1、5年以上电商运营经验，鞋、服、包、美妆等零售行业优先考虑
2、熟悉天猫大促节奏，操盘过千万级上销售的店铺
3、熟悉美妆及快消品的运作流程，对美妆类目商品有所了解
4、能独立完成大促的数据复盘和跨部门沟通
5、对数据敏感，能通过数据分析发现问题并找出解决方案
6、有一定的团队管理经验，可以充分调动员工积极性和创造性，提高效率
