工作内容: 

1、通过电话进行国内先进的中国家庭早教产品 

2、幼儿学习商品的销售和推广。 电话资源均由公司提供，通过电话外拨说服客户购买产品，并取得相应提成。 

职位要求: 

1、有销售推广工作经验或呼叫中心工作经验者佳,年龄（20-35岁之间）  

2、标准普通话，善于电话沟通，反应灵敏  

3、性格外向、坦诚、自信、乐观、思维活跃  

4、 热爱电话销售工作，能够承受工作压力  

 工作时间：

1、工作时间周一至周五9:30-18:00，享固定双休、法定节假日以及带薪年假 

2、周一至周五18:00后，会有1至1.5小时加班，给到1.5倍加班工资 

薪酬待遇：

1、前期三个月新人保护税后薪资4400+提成

2、首年平均月薪税后6000-8000元，半年以上员工月收入过万！高不封顶 前三个月有新人补助（1000元）：
