职位描述：
· 熟悉处理房间预订的程序，给宾客提供最新和最准确的房况信息；
· 确保和更新Opera系统里的房价和信息，保证系统数据准确性；
· 以友好关切的方式对待客人提出的所有要求和问题，及时处理解决；
· 熟知饭店的产品和服务，推广活动, 以便于客人提出问题时能及时解决；
· 管理第三方网站房价，与各网站保持良好关系。

职位要求：
· 大专学历,酒店管理专业优先；
· 3年以上星级酒店预订部工作经验；
· 具有良好的客户服务导向意识；
· 可根据工作需要，安排不同的工作班次；
· 精通英语；
· 熟练操作Opera系统；

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Be familiar with reservation procedure and provide the updated and accurate room situation to the guests;
· Ensuring all contracted rates and information are updated in Opera.
· Answers all guest requests and questions in a friendly and caring manner, and takes appropriate actions.
· Keeps abreast of all hotel promotions, product knowledge, upcoming events in order to be able to answer guest requests and questions.
· Managing rates on the Third Party Website, Maintain and develop Website contact.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· College degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or Marketing
· At least 3 year reservation experience in a quality hotel background
· Customer Service Orientation
· Flexibility in terms of scheduling
· Fluency in English
· proficient in Opera System
