Responsibilities:

- Responsible for OTB planning, buying, budget allocation & merchandise selection

- Coordinate with Principal & counterparts to set buying &product selection strategies

- Analyze & monitoring Sales & sell thru performance, KPI’s & make recommendations to maximize future performance

- Monitoring inventory level and provide alert to management whenever necessary

- Work closely with retail operations team on assortment mix & retail commercial calendar

- Work closely with Visual merchandising team on product presentation & display

- Support BD team on managing Franchise business in terms of OTB definition & product selection, managing sell thru and provide analysis & recommendation

- Support the training dept to conduct fashion trend & product knowledge training to front line staff

- Supervise subordinates on defective claims, stock transfer & other daily administrative duties

Requirements

- University graduate in Fashion / buying / design

- 8+ years merchandising & buying experiences preferably in Lifestyle fashion industry

- Strong fashion sense with analytical & problem solving skills

- Understand customers tastes & preferences among different regions in China

- Excellent communication & presentation skills in both Mandarin & English

- Understand the custom/ labeling rules on garment import into China
