Regional Sales Manager
DESCRIPTION
PURPOSE
The purpose of the Regional Sales Manager is to assist Group China in increasing market share growth through the sale of Destaco Workholding and Automation products with focus on BiW. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for representing in all activities associated with direct account support, products, policies, procedures, talent development through channel distribution within assigned territories and embracing the Team Destaco philosophy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Manage top strategic accounts regardless of channel
Competent in selling all Destaco products
Must be accustomed to working in a team environment
Demonstrate team building leadership skills with co-workers, peers and customers
Organize and complete a minimum of 5 regular training sessions for customers and employees on Destaco products. Participation in all local trade shows
Maintain better than a 90% plan to goal
Complete detailed monthly forecast as required
Consistently ranked as a top developer of profitable new business/market share over their tenure at Destaco
Must maintain and develop deep-rooted relationships with key decision makers within designated target accounts; recognized and respected by existing and new customers top management teams within the top rated accounts.
Successfully complete other duties as described by the General Manager

Travel with some extended stay away from home
Physically capable of handling all Destaco products, sample cases, and displays
REQUIREMENTS
4 year university degree in Business, Marketing, related technical field or equivalent work experience
5 plus years experience involved in selling/marketing workholding and automation products or equivalent industrial sales experience in automotive manufacturing and assembly plants
Thorough Destaco product knowledge
Thorough understanding of all competitive product lines
Excellent communication, problem solving, and team building leadership skills.
Must be proficient in the use of the English language.
High level of competency with computer applications( typing skills, Microsoft software, and Lotus Notes)
