Senior Project Managers (Retail team head) -Business Technology Services

You will be expected to drive and support the Bank’s system initiatives in China and will work closely with Group Technology throughout the planning and implementation of these initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

-Applies expert understanding and knowledge of business strategic interests, sensitivities and priorities, inter-relationships of organizational elements in order to support decision makers in ensuring the alignment of IT to business needs
-Engage Group Technology to devise and recommend business/technology strategies with direct impact on a corporate business unit or an organization
-Engage with Group Technology to rationalize on system architecture design for medium to long-term sector level business initiatives
-Provide leadership in the overall project management to ensure end to end, on target delivery
-Plan, budget and manage resources across programs to ensure that business needs are met effectively and within established costs
-lead in resource optimization, strategic project planning and tactical plans
-Develop, motivate and retain talents with the aim to expand a regional, dynamic and strong IT team

Main Requirements:

-At least 10 years’ leadership and technical experience in project management for a broad range of business areas in the banking and finance sector, with a proven managerial track record
-Versatile and able to manage and lead teams through broad & deep knowledge of all job areas within a function or practical experience in several functional areas
-builds and sustains strong strategic relationships within decision makers and consistently win their support for IT initiatives.
-Excellent communication skills, with the capability of interacting effectively with senior stakeholders and all staff levels across the organization and with Group
-Decisive and driven, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
-Experience in supporting/managing project such as QDII/Unit Trust, Personal Internet banking, ATM Debit card, local regulatory reporting will be an advantage.
