Title of Position:                        Senior Professional Education Specialist   

Department:                      TVCI/PA

Reports to:                        Professional Education Leader

PURPOSE Why the position exists? The main function of the position   ·  Flawless execute ECPs professional education which is highly aligned with POA strategic products key message and story,  ensuring that  professional education initiatives are align and reflect JJVC Vision, Story and Promise ·        Drive Local Professional Education Business Plan with Strategic Leadership in ECP Activation in supporting local business Growth ·       Understand local ECP insights and help to develop, implement Professional Education strategy for ECP engagement skill enhancement and change in their fitting behaviour   WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Internal and external contacts.      Internal Contacts included : ·       China JJVC cross functions including Sales, Marketing, regulatory , Finances, Supply Chain, Customer Service Centre, HCC and Legal   External Contacts included: ·       ECPs, Business Owners, Store Manager, Front-liners   KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Describe in order of relative importance.  In listing principal accountabilities emphasize, where appropriate. List 4 – 10 of the major and result the position is to accomplish.   ·       Drive ECP Professional Education Flawless Implementation in local responsible areas. Lead to integrate all professional resources and activation allocated in local areas including  TVCI , ACUVUE Workshop , in store coach or e-coach ,  internal training as well as publication or ECPs digital.  ·       Execute and ensure local ECPs professional education implementation direction highly aligns with China POA strategic product message. ·       Provide technical support to local JJVC Sales  and new hires with clinical and ACUVUE product knowledge in daily work , to enhance sales team confident and competitive selling on ACUVUE story. ·       Work closely with local sales team for designing of product procedures, sales aids and appropriate training content. ·       Support Professional Education leader to drive new key initiatives and monthly report consolidation, as well as manage budget and coordinate PE internal team.    REQUIREMENTS Skills, education, experience or other qualifications which would be required for anyone who would fill the job.   ·       Diploma degree or above in Optometry/Ophthalmology ·       Experience in professional program development and drive the program for execution ·       Strong at local filed execution and cross functional cooperation. ·       Over 6 years’ experience working with health authorities in eye care area ·       Good communication , leadership & negotiate skills ·       Good English communication skill ·       Can do sprit , high energy , flexible & adaptable ·       Respect(and healthy disrespect) for the need for clear process and stakeholder buy-in ·       Strong ownership and compliance mindset ·       Good knowledge of Optical/ Contact Lens Industry, Optician, Optometry and Ophthalmology profession
