As a Control Engineer, you will be part of the Robotics and Motion (RM) Division and Robotics (BU) Business unit, based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Robotics and Motion (RM) division offering a wide range of products and services including drives, motors, generators and robots. Key applications include energy conversion, actuation, automation, standardized manufacturing cells for applications such as machine tending, welding, cutting, painting, finishing, palletizing and packing, and engineered systems for the automotive industry.

Your Tasks as a Control Engineer will include the following:

？ Hardware and software design for electrical control system.
？ Hardware test and quality control of electrical control system.
？ On-site installation of stamping automatic system equipment and robots.
？ On-site PLC and safety program debugging.
？ Solve On-site problem to meet customer requirements.
？ Make drawings and operation documents.
？ Train customers on how to operate the system.
？ System standardization and improvement.
？ Develop new applications and products according to customer requirements or industry direction.

？ Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical Automation Control Engineering.
？ 3+ years of Experience as an Electrical Control Engineer in Automotive Industry, especially in Stamping Automation.
？ Experience in Design, Field Installation and Commissioning of Automation projects; Be familiar with Industrial Robots is plus.
？ Proficient in Siemens, Mitsubishi or Rockwell PLC hardware selection and software programming.
？ Expert in using IFIX, Wincc or others HMI.
？ Familiar in Auto-CAD, Eplan and other Electrical Design Software.
？ Excellent in MS-Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
？ Fluent in written and verbal English.
？ Good in fieldbus technology and application of Industrial Robots.
