Key Responsibilities

1. Execute the invoice processing, payment and AP processing according to Corporate policies and procedures;

2. Invoice verification, FI booking and AP related entries in SAP;

3. Vendor Master Data management;

4. System reconcile GR/IR, AP accruals and open balance clearing during finance closing;

5. Prepare monthly AP aging report analysis and investigate past due balances;

6. Intercompany balance reconciliation;

Requirement:

1. College degree or above in accounting, finance or a related field;

2. More than 3 years’ working experience in AP;

3. Good knowledge of PRC/US accounting standards and statutory regulations.

4. Experience in SAP system and FI booking.
