岗位职责：

1、服务团队组建与日常管理，确保服务业务正常开展：根据产品服务需求和服务方式规划服务人员规模和岗位划分；制定服务规划、通过业务培训和绩效考核确保服务指标完成；

2、收集整理用户反馈与建议，协助完善产品用户体验：通过知识管理、数据统计分析方法对内提供用户反馈；根据用户反馈和建议开展用户体验，推动产品功能完善；

3、服务流程优化、服务完善与创新：定期优化现有服务流程，根据用户需求完善服务业务或开展服务创新与增值服务。

任职资格：

1、 本科以上学历, 热爱互联网与移动互联网行业；

2、 3年以上互联网产品或服务工作经历，2年以上超过10人的服务团队管理经验；

3、 熟悉服务业务与流程规划，熟悉团队排班管理与绩效考核；

4、 具备一定服务数据分析能力，善于沟通交流且承压能力强，能适应紧张的工作节奏。
