Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Chinese languages, both oral and written
• Business savvy, with the ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative research
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with people in many kinds of roles, from engineers to finance to operations
• Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity
• Excellent time management, resource management and planning skills. The ability to estimate, schedule and track projects.
• A willingness to do the "dirty work" needed to get a job done
• Ability to proactively identify upcoming risks, issues, and bottlenecks and resolve issues that sometimes cross departmental boundaries
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business field (e.g. computer science, engineering, business management)
• The ability to have fun and make your coworkers laugh

Highly Desirable:

• PMP certification or prior experience in a program management role
• Prior software development experience, especially with highly scalable and distributed systems
• MBA or advanced technical degree; experience can compensate for some education
• Familiarity with common marketplace risks, such as policy violations, credit card fraud, malware, bots, phishing, and abuse methods
