Main Responsibilities and Duties

* Ensures the integrity of the IKEA concept and brand while consistently developing the store as a media with responsibility for graphic communication throughout all areas of the store and parking

* Maintain an overview and balance of the visual impression of communication

* Ensure correct IKEA tone of voice and visual identity

* Co-ordinate and deliver high quality graphic solutions

* Influence and co-ordinate the production and implementation of local graphic solutions partnering with internal and external resources to complete work.

* Implement Customer Guidance system to ensure it is easy and convenient to shop at the IKEA store

Requirements

Knowledge

* Extensive experience of working as a graphic designer.

* Computer proficient with knowledge graphic design software – the Adobe Creative suite – and production tools (e.g. printers, pre press production and print techniques).

Capability

* Proficiency in In-Design, Photoshop and Illustrator,

* Highly developed graphic design skills with PC & Macintosh graphic software proficiency

* Experience with application of colour theory in design and merchandising solutions

* Experience with drafting, and space planning

l 负责商场内部及外部停车场区域的平面沟通，以确保宜家理念与品牌形象传递的一致性。

* 维护和平衡平面沟通的整体视觉效果

* 确保正确的宜家沟通方式和视觉形象

* 利用内部及外部资源，提供高质量的平面设计解决方案

* 提供一套清晰的顾客引导系统，确保顾客在宜家轻松方便地购物

任职要求

知识

* 丰富的平面设计工作经验；

* 熟练操作图形设计相关软件，如Adobe Create Suite，以及制作工具，例如各种型号的打印制作设备。

技能

* 熟练使用In-Design, Photoshop 和 Illustrator 等设计软件；

* 丰富的平面设计软件使用经验，擅长使用Macintosh图形处理软件；

* 能够熟练的在设计与商业解决方案中运用色彩理论

* 具有制图、平面空间规划等方面的技能
