Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for Operations process control effectiveness review and assist Operations regulatory reporting review upon work allocation

- Review SOP and provide recommendation on any control gaps

- Lead risk reviews and self-assessments required by local regulators within Operations

- Monitors risk through reviews of key incidents and root cause analysis/remediation action follow up

- Facilitate the development of risk and control awareness to Operations

- Provide KPI/KRI and analysis report on issue/regulator scorecard to senior management and control improvement suggestions

- Monitor the control environment and conduct control enhancement on Operations process

Essential Skills / Experience:

- Bachelor or above

- At least 5 years of working experience in Control/Audit/Operational Risk/Compliance Testing/Operations

- Good ability of internal controls and compliance in local regulations on Operations area

- Good communication skills and ability to approach complex problems in a structured way driving through solutions across multiple stakeholders

- Good analysis skills and ability to give quick and sound judgement in a complex and pressured environment

- Be able to work independently as well as being a team-player

- Good organization and time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks within tight timeline

- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
