Responsibilities

• Help leading MNC clients to solve enterprise-wide strategic, organizational and operational issues by formulating strategic initiatives, redesigning organizations, transforming the operations and processes, and improving business performance;


• Interview client, identify and summarize key issues, outline project approach and draft proposal content;


• Focused on front-end commercial competencies including but not limited to: corporate/product strategy, customer experience, sales and marketing strategy/process/operations;


• Lead and manage self-work independently.

Requirements:

• University Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years' working experience ininternal strategy or marketing functions , preferably with 1 year in a business consulting role with a leading management consultancy organization.


• Able to lead and manage consulting projects independently.


• Experience in providing consulting services in strategy formulation and planning, organization design, and operation and business process improvement.


• Experience with leading industry players, including multinational companies or domestic large-scale leading companies, is a plus.


• Experience in one of following industries is a plus: automobile, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, retail, high technology or consumer products.


• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
