Responsibilities:

• Support Guangzhou branch business as usual (BAU)
• Provide daily support to local branch and JPMC China end users, including incident/ request on desktop, laptop, network, printers, video conference and voice service within required SLA.
• Align with global processes and policies to manage end user/major equipment room (MER) assets in lifecycle.
• Maintain good relationship with all lines of business in branch. Proactively explore local collaboration opportunities and consolidate business requirements for improving end user service and satisfaction
• Provide on-site support to Guangzhou branch MER, including incidents, change and project implementations.
• Daily monitor MER environment and report issues timely
• Manage local end users’ infrastructure resources and MER capacity.
• Manage local vendor to provide required services.

Local Project Execution and Implementations

• As point of contact in assigned project execution. Collect the project requirement from internal and external counterparts to sync up with local teams. Timely escalate risk and issues to project stakeholders/manager.
• Prepare the budget & investment requests according to local project requirement.
• Arrange reasonable tasks to team member, engage resource in a timely manner to solve all kinds of problems happening to the team.
• Responsible for the communication plan within GTI team, includes: define clear role and responsibility, get clarity on project objective, make sure teammates have same understanding and good communication in-between.

Risk and Control

• Liaise with business application team, regional infrastructure team and Cyber security team to resolves incidents, hygiene break and other issues.
• Follow global standard process, ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory authorities audit requirement in daily operations, includes but not limited media handling, desktop/laptop build, asset management and Data Center/MER operations. Keep clear and completed log evidence.
• IT related engagement in local audit, regulatory events and meetings.
• Sense and capability of escalating risks or issues timely and properly.

Relevant skills/background:

• More than 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Windows end user support and basic knowledge of IT infrastructure includes: network, servers and storages.
• Good communication skills and fluent in English.
• Responsive and capable to resolve incidents, issues independently. Timely escalate risk and issues.
• Good team player and willing to work under pressure.
• Open to learn new technologies and skills, eager for challenges
• Master in computer science or development background are advantage.
• Project management experience is advantage.
• Data analysis skills and Python development experience are advantage.
