岗位职责：

1.根据采购计划执行采购订单，并按采购流程进行询价、比价、议价及订购；

2.负责开发、评审、甄选、管理供应商，维护与供应商的合作关系，如商务谈判等；

3.优化库存，控制采购成本，提高存货周转率，对采购货品及采购流程定期做分析与总结；

4.控制好物资批量进购，避开由于市场不稳定所带来的风险；

5.熟练操作国外采购的进口许可申请、结汇、公证、保险、运输及报关等事务的处理；

6.掌握控制交货期，安排发货，跟踪到货日期及到达仓库的进度，确保订单的货物质量、到货及时性、订单货品的准确率，配合仓库确认货物编码及协助货物入库等工作；

7.负责对非常规产品的询价、比价、报价；

8.负责与采购不符货物的退货与索赔事宜；

9.采购随时向销售部门提供更新产品的信息、相应技术资料与报价；

10.按照财务部门规定及时提交采购货款的申请及索要供货商发票，合理统筹货款的支付；

11.负责采购产品使用手册、说明书等翻译工作；

12.负责供应商来访的安排与接待；

 

任职资格：

1. 较强的商务谈判能力，具有保密意识和团队精神，较强沟通协调能力；

2. 精通EXCEL、PPT，擅长数据统计及分析；

3. 英语专业四级，口语熟练，能与外商无障碍交流，能将英语作为工作语言；

4. 具有汽车后市场行业工作经验优先考虑。
