   1、具备5年以上前端开发经验（不含实习）

2、精通HTML/CSS/Javascript等前端技术、页面架构和布局，对表现与结构分离、HTML语义化等有深刻理解，有真实项目经验

3、精通常用前端库（如 jQuery，Zepto），精通浏览器事件模型、AJAX及json/xml等交互数据格式

4、精通前端模块化（如 RequireJS，SeaJS）,熟悉前端MVC（如 Backbone,AngularJS 等），熟练运用前端组件进行模块化开发

5、对css/JavaScript性能优化、解决多浏览器兼容性问题有一定的经验

6、能够根据需求快速提供一套完善解决方案，能自行开发前端工具库或自定义组件

7、对用户体验、交互操作流程、及用户需求有深入理解

8、有主导设计和开发完整项目或大型模块的实际经验

9、能够很好的与设计师和后台开发人员沟通协作，具有良好的团队合作、协作精神

10、熟悉javadejs服务器端编程，熟练掌握前后端对接，熟练使用Eclipse、SVN等工具，熟悉 Web 性能、Web 安全者优先
