Required Skills
- Familiar with one of major BI tools, for example SAP BO, Cognos, Hyperion etc
- Familiar with Oracle OLAP and PL-SQL
- Familiar with the DW, ETL and BI development
- Strong logical thinking and independent problem analysis and solving skill
- Good Command in both English and Chinese will be preferred
- Experience on using the data mining tool will be a plus

Required experience
- Bachelor degree in computer science, statistic or mathematics
- 2 years+ working experience and 1 years+ in data analysis and BI area
- Experience with SAP BO will be preferred
- Experience with SAP BW will be a plus
- Experience in team leader's role will be preferred


Purpose:
Produce management reporting and perform data analysis under data analyst manager's instruction


Responsibilities:

- Working with partners and team to design & develop efficient OLAP data mart /data warehouse, and subsequently deploy business intelligence capabilities (15%)

- Working with partners and team to design & develop ETL , data modeling (15%)

- Responsible to design, develop and support the routine fix report and ad-hoc reports within the agreed timeline (30%)

- Maintain the EDW and BI to ensure the smooth delivery of dashboard, ad hoc analysis and fix report. Be able to maintain and update reports on periodically basis according to the business request (30%)

- Provide coaching and training to business on better utilizing the available reporting tools (10%)
