Must Have Skills:

· 10+ years of strong .NET experience. Which covers the following area

· Fundamentals of Object Oriented Analysis and Design

· In depth knowledge and experience in C#/VB and ASP.NET

· In depth knowledge of User Interface application Programming using Web Technologies such as, ASP.NET, REST, AJAX and JSON

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience in partnering with very senior and hands-on client technical experts.

· Able to come up with new creative ideas.

· Proactive in providing ideas for implementation of new product / functionality ideas.

· Experience with developing new products for large-scale enterprise-wide implementation.

· Design and Coding experience in .NET 3.0 and above ( Web Parts, WCF & Silverlight 4) & JQuery framework

· Experience in design and analysis on SQL server 2005 and above.

· Experience in performing extensive Code Review focusing on Performance & Scalability.

· Experience in working with performance management tools for .NET web application in the areas of profiling, page rendering & java script tuning.

· Ability to identifying critical functional and technical transactions for performance and Scalability

· Root cause analysis for poor performance - tool based and manual

· Arrive at recommendations for improving performance and Implementation.
