Primary/Key Responsibilities 1.Assist to check and review critically terms and conditions beneficial to dealers on insurance agreements submitted by dealers for approval, without jeopardizing the interest of group insurance partners. 2.Assist to execute and implement insurance partnerships at dealer level according to HQ framework signed with group insurance partners and according to LSH Auto Group Policy. 3.Identify and solve issues relating to HQ frameworks agreement, and to assist dealers to resolve issues at HQ level. 4.Assist to propose and implement suitable insurance products, initiatives and strategies to ensure insurance business at dealership is sustainable. 5.Drive work efforts to meet KPIs set. 6.Consolidate, review and analyze monthly reports as assigned to track achievement of KPIs and to identify problems to solve or areas for improvements in assigned areas. 7.Assist to manage and maintain good relationship with group partners in business cooperation. 8.Assist in collection of commission. 9.Assist to arrange for training sessions in collaboration with group partners & LSH Training Academy to better equip F&I Managers and related F&I staff in dealerships to improve dealerships' F&I business, SSI and CSI. 10.Develop, motivate and give on-the-job training to subordinate(s) to take on higher responsibility in medium to long term. 11.Handle adhoc projects as assigned from time to time. Degree/Diploma: Bachelor (Master preferred) Major: Insurance, International Business, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Financial Analysis. Related Working Experience : At least 6 years of working experience, preferably with at least 2 years in related field. Preferably with 2 years of team leading or people supervising experience.
