Recruitment Researcher 招聘助理

PAE Design Talent is an international team of recruitment and design professionals that specializes in recruitment for the growing and fast-paced design industry in China. Our in-depth knowledge of China’s design community helps us to link businesses and design professionals together. We work with the world’s most prominent brands and corporations, as well as smaller scale leading design studios. Our team serves the market in Mainland China from a global and local perspective, and combines recruitment know-how with expertise from the design industry.

We are a growing young and dynamic consultancy company which is looking for an energetic, service minded and detailed-oriented individual to join us as a Recruitment Researcher. This position offers a direct insight into different design industries, and provides the chance to improve your professional communication skills, to in the end become part of a team with high quality values and a great company culture.


Responsibilities:

? Responsible for the administration of the design recruitment
? Support of the consulting team in updating and maintaining the recruitment database
? Market research and assistance in online and offline marketing activities
? Help consultation team in preparing CV reports
? Channel sourcing


Requirements:

? Good organizational and communication skills, feel comfortable to communicate with strangers
? Service-minded and pro-active attitude
? An outgoing personality and a great willingness to learn
? Comfortable working in an international environment, can work under stress
? Good oral and written English
? Basic understanding or interest in design or Human Resource is preferred
