-        To compile strategy for initiatives including RMB internationalization, One Belt One Road, Bay Area, with a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory updates, market developments and gap analysis with peers

-        To provide prompt interpretation of local regulation and policies which lead to business opportunities by working closely with Compliance and interacting directly with PBoC/CBRC/SAFE.  For example:

o   Free Trade Zone policies (11 free trade zones in China with different focus)

o   PBoC/SAFE window guidance on capital and current account and related client impact

-        Working closely with Product teams (CEM, TS, IS, Trade, etc.) to develop and structure products that satisfies client demand and support regulator/government policies.

-        Actively work with different client teams (FI/LC/MNC) to identify new business opportunities/solutions based on new regulatory and market initiatives, aiming to win the new deals.

-        Build up the connectivity with US, EMEA and Asia China desk bankers on timely updating the opportunities and x-selling the RMB solutions into their respective markets
