Description:
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for profitably expanding our client base in China. He/she will typically deal with CFOs or Investor Relations Officer (IROs) of companies planning to IPO in New York or London via an ADR or GDR offering.
The role may be based in Beijing or Hong Kong reporting to the APAC Head for Depositary Receipts in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
? Responding to RFPs, pitching to IPO prospects and onboarding of new clients.
? Owning the internal pricing and deal approval process.
? Develop and maintain relationships with law firms, accounting firms, IR firms and bankers for market intel and referrals.
? Understanding and delivering the J.P. Morgan value proposition in the market.
? Act as a liaison between the onshore Client and offshore IPO Transaction Execution Team.
? Supporting documentation negotiation and execution
? At times, act as the KYC owner for new clients.
? Help the onshore RM team organize events and training sessions
