Job Description

 

• Monitor and /or verify Regulatory reporting /Account service BAU tasks.
• Ensure day to day operations to be in compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as local regulations
• Administering defined procedures, analysis and report preparation, and exception processing
• Coordinate with both clients and remote processing hubs for Cash products
• Handle enquiries from internal business partners
• Escalate unusual problems to manager
• Perform ledger/statement account reconciliation
• Provide coaching to junior staff
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve operations efficiency and control
• Proper timely control on SOP / EOD Review
• Accountable for regulatory impact or customer compliance caused by operational errors
• Assist TL/Manager in system change project for BAU tasks.

Qualifications

• College graduate or above
• At least 5 years of working experiences in Cash operations
• Good writing skill in both Mandarin and English in procedure tunes.
• Good understanding of internal controls and compliance in local regulations on cash operations
• Detail oriented and methodical, good analytical skills with clear logic
• Good time management skill, ability to work under pressure
• Multi-task handling ability
• Strong process/structural streamlining sense
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
