职位描述

As a member of the China Product Management team, you will be primarily responsible for your assigned product development and their P&L in China, provide support to sales teams to achieve revenue targets, and assist in project executions. You will actively participate in the development of the strategy for in country cash management services in China. You will proactively liaise with regional product companies and in country business partners to ensure consistency in our product offering as well as China market specifics being sufficiently addressed.

Responsible for assigned cash management products in client delivery channels which cover electronic banking, mobile banking, client host to host solution, SWIFTNet etc as well as key clearing projects which cover CIPS, CNAPS etc. You will need to coordinate systems and operations to ensure that your assigned products are delivered in a consistent, cost effective and differentiated manner.
Responsible for your assigned product P&L management in China and coordinate with business partners to support delivery.
Provide subject matter expertise support to sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
Provide strong support to cash management project execution in China.
Actively participate in developing vision, creating and driving strategic changes for cash management business in China.
Formulate true partnership with other members of the China Product Management group which need to operate as a fluid team, effectively aligning with Global/Regional product strategies addressing the China market specifics.

Additional responsibilities include:

Actively participate in the development and execution of strategic investment (SPR) initiatives including development of strategic plans, contribution of details into projects, business case development, oversight and subject matter expertise (SME)
Actively participate in on-going communications to business partners of your responsible product initiatives including conducting of regular trainings.
Continuous on-going ownership / analysis of financials relating to your assigned products.
Liaison with business support and China financial management for investigations, variances and metrics
Actively participate in the development and maintenance of activity based cost metrics, Profitability Analysis, Control Self-Assessment and other similar projects
Identify new technology opportunity and develop cross functional strategic initiatives wherever appropriate to build the China capability network
Contribute efforts to build a reliable, error free and automated process that support the products.
Identify strategies and opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.

6 years of transactional banking experience with client delivery channel product or implementation preferred
Team player; work with limited supervision required
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills including good decision making and multi-tasking abilities
Fluency in Mandarin and English both oral and written.
In depth China market banking regulation and local cash management experience required
Exposure to various functions including sales, client implementation, operations preferred
Deep MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word skills
MBA preferred
