工作内容：

 Job Description:

   

－现场技术服务支持，有关刀具加工方面的问题的解决；   

Onsite technic service support, and related tool processing problems solving;

  

 

－刀具成本的每月统计分析，费用较高，加工性能不好的刀具选择优化，***限度的降低成本；

  Monthly statistical analysis of the tool costs, optimization for high cost and poor performance tools, and cost reduction to the maximum;

  

 

  －根据客户制定的生产量，及时设定最低库存量保证客户的生产的正常运行；

  Minimum inventory setup in time to ensure the normal running of the customer's production according to the output made by customer;

  

 

－解决现场问题, 保证生产线正常运转。

  Onsite problems solving to ensure the normal running of the production line.

  

  

任职资格：

Requirements:

  

－相关专业大专或本科学历；

  College or university graduated with related major;

   

－有刀具分析能力，无经验亦可；

  beginner work experience in machining with tool analysis ability;

  

 －有汽车发动机生产经验，或熟悉数控机床优先考虑；

  Automobile engine or CNC machines work experience is a plus;

  

 －懂计算机操作, 熟悉办公软件的应用；

  Good computer operation skill, and familiar with office software;

  

 －积极主动，具备团队意识，具有高度的责任心。

  Team player, high responsibility with positive working attitude.

  

 －大学英语四级以上

  English level CET 4 or above
