Role and responsibility:

As an application support, this candidate should have deep understanding of the commercial application (event management system) and all related business flows behind it.

The candidate should work closely with client on site to provide business support for the application.

The candidate should have a good communication skill to interact with stakeholders/application users from different departments (marketing, supporting function, sales, etc.) in order to provide instant solutions for them via multiple channels.

Cooperate with system vendor to find, analyze and solve issues and defects.

Provide suggestions to improve the system/operation/business process.

Help users to have a better insight for their business activities by using this system.

Qualifications:

1. Quick learner, eager to learn and grasp new knowledge in a quick and efficient way.

2. Good at interpersonal communication.

3. Good at MS. Office.

4. Good at English.

5. Good team player.

Work Experience：

0~1 years, with experience in application support is better.
