• The Corporate Banker will partner with the Investment Banking Client Executive (CE) and other product colleagues to maximize the firm-wide revenue potential at acceptable returns across targeted clients and prospects;
• The Corporate Banker will be the Client Executive where investment banking coverage is less developed and more opportunistic in nature.

• Ensure a holistic client coverage approach; Responsible for both managing local portfolio and regional clients based in Shanghai
• Drive increased penetration of client wallet and forge a closer relationship with our clients;
• Evaluate client's main issues/needs and outline opportunities for JPMorgan;
• Serve as a focal point of contact within JPMorgan for the client CFO, treasurer and other senior managers where appropriate;
• Coordinate product partners to broaden client use of JPMorgan services;
• Drive the account planning process and outline the financial view for portfolio accounts and agreed prospects;
• Partner with Client Credit Management to be the main sponsor of all credit related needs and ensure that Balance Sheet Committee requests are appropriate;
• Work with all Product groups in identifying new market opportunities and converting targeted prospects to clients.

• Debt products (Loans, syndications, ABS and Private placements)
• FX and Derivatives
• Trade and Logistics
• Core cash management, liquidity products and commercial card offerings
• Investment management 

Qualification

• Able to work with many different types of people, including investment bankers, traders, sales operations support, credit and senior management

• Ability to represent the firm to senior client management

• Strong organization skills to handle a large client portfolio (existing clients and prospects)

• Exposed to a wide range of banking products with the relevant credit training

• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese

• University graduate with minimum 5+ years of relevant banking experiences, advanced education at graduate school level is highly desirable.
