职位描述
? Participates on a team of Account Managers typically assigned to support a Tier 1 corporate clients where focus is to protect and grow the client relationship
? May be a designated Account Manager for multiple Tier 2 or Tier 3 clients in a region or market and escalated point for all CB names
? Performs data analysis to identify issues/trends/opportunities and by reaching out to ensure proper alignment of client needs to Bank solutions (SLAs)
? Acts as the first point of escalation for services issues; resolves client inquiries regardless of where generated to ensure high level of client satisfaction
? Participates in client presentations; works together with the RM to develop and execute service-related relationship plan
? Uses product knowledge to recommend and participate in product enhancements, including testing
? Adheres to and ensures client's compliance with Bank risk policies/practices and educates clients on risk/legal requirements
