• Deliver agreed sales and revenue targets, by promoting escrow into intermediaries in Beijing, as well as partnering with Corporate and Investment Bank, Commercial Bank, and Private Bank businesses.
• Manage the client facing tasks in Beijing from delivering presentations, product specific training and ongoing sales calls to acting as the local escalation point for client service issues.
• Develop strong working relationship with China Country management teams to provide a 'joined up' approach in delivering sales targets and meeting client expectations. Conduct ongoing product training to internal teams.
• Negotiate fees, terms and conditions and investment options on escrow deals, in conjunction with the regional product, client services and liquidity teams respectively.
• Manage end-to-end structuring and execution of complex transactions.    
• Liaise with clients and colleagues globally to develop and sell cross-border solutions, targeting both incoming and outgoing flows from Beijing.
• Identify capability gaps and specific local requirements to the product development team.

• Collaborative behavior to get internal support for business objectives and ensure high degree of teamwork to satisfy client expectations.
• A good understanding of risk and the ability to detect and highlight risk issues.
• Graduate or undergraduate degree from a recognized university.
• 10+ years of international banking, cash management and/or escrow experience. Prior knowledge of the China M&A and PE markets will be an advantage.
