control and support business from all financial perspective

lead regulatory reporting and control to ensure all regulatory requirements are met
? manage operational risk within finance team, streamline process and procedures, identify risk areas and develop action plan to mitigate operational risk and improve efficiency.
? ensure both accounting policy and group control standard are well followed
? provide insightful financial analysis, assessments on various financial metrics, to help senior management decision
? closely work with treasury function on capital and funding consumption needs on business
? establish accounting model as well as reporting framework based on latest accounting policy, regulatory requirements and business requirement.
 

You have:
– university graduate or above in accounting or finance related discipline
– ACCA/CPA will be a plus
– 10 years above working experience, financial industry experience would be very positive add-ons
– good knowledge in China GAAP and IFRS requirements
You are:
– well-organized, creative thinker and able to initiate actions, give direction and take responsibility
– true team player with strong presentation and communication skills
– proficient in MS office software and have knowledge of SAP system is preferred
– fluent in English
