"One Nokia Design" is playing an essential role in Nokia's overall strategy by pioneering user experience, industrial design, brand experience and design strategy across our global portfolio of mobile and web platforms. As one unified Design team and by working in tight collaboration with engineering and product management, we are better able to develop our design skills and drive design sensibility in our product making. Responsibility:

You will have a specialist knowledge in Industrial Design and more than one cross functional competence areas. You understand the roles of design within product development process and are able to work effectively. Essential to this role is at least 5 years relevant experience within the Industrial Design space and a relevant degree level academic qualification.

Qualifications

Individual portfolio
Typically 4-6 years relevant experience, fully competent.

Uses functionally specific knowledge.

Has been working in the industry for some time.

Can show a portfolio which has a variety of work with some material from their degree work.

Can clearly show competence for problem solving in their portfolio.

Has been working as a part of a design team or an freelancer on a part time contract
Work impacts their project and colleagues around him
