This position is supporting PR activities of China market. To interpret PR strategy into action to maximize the effectiveness of marketing activities as well as strengthen the brand desirability in industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibility 1-Public Relationship

• Build up a solid connection and communication with journalists / KOLs to maximize brand, event and product exposures.
• Manage brand image through above the line and below the line communications. (PR & Digital)
• Better feature product angels, celebrity endorsement, and brand story in communication and optimize the visibility and Word of Mouth for the brand.
• Initiate and manage relation building activities with key media and celebrities.

Key responsibility 2-Press materials, contents & Press coverage

• Supervise press materials proofreading, manage press library and archives
• Supervise press photo shooting, liaise with group risk team and PR agency on dally basis.
• Manage marketing samples for PR purpose.
• Monitor press coverage of brand on daily basis, endeavor to achieve PR target in China

Key responsibility 3-PR events planning and execution

• Strongly support to PR activities and events nationally and internationally
• Supervise local PR agencies for different functions and purposes
• Ensure optimize the message delivery, event effectiveness and maximize PR
• coverage

Key responsibility 4-PR strategic planning and administration

• Closely work with marketing team for long term strategic and project planning
• Supervise PR retainer & project agency and conduct monthly/ weekly PR reports
• Closely monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor's activities.
• Work with PR manager to control risks and crisis.
• Internal communication:

       - strong functional line of reporting with China PR Manager
       - work closely with Marketing &.PR, VM, CRM, Event, Supply Chain, Retail, Wholesale and Training team      

 Key responsibility 5-Finance / admin management for PR function

• Manage finance related work of vendors of PR function , including vendor creation, payment settlement, and make sure they are on track & communicate with finance team
