Major Responsibilities:
Bayer China Limited is seeking Project Manager as full time assignment position, reporting to the Bayer Business Service IT Special function system team lead. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to move into Chemical/Health industry system engineer.
Responsibilities include:
- To manage complex projects through the use of proper application of all administrative rule for project handling
- To lead project internal and external communication
- To design and implement an effective post go live support organization
- To train and motivation of project members
- To encourage initiative among the project
- To apply Quality management: Ensure adequate quality of one's own service/activities through: knowledge of essentials/requirements of quality management

Basic Qualifications
-University Degree or comparable education
-Project management experience at least 5 years
-IT knowledge and professional IT task experience at least 10 years
-Focus on more potentiality to be development.
-Professional certifications is preferred
-Proactive and strong problem solving capabilities
-Solid Communication Skills (Presentation, Interpersonal Relationship
Building)
-Good English writing and speaking skill
-Good team working spirit
-Customer oriented and strong in communication
-Passion to learn new things and can adapt to change quickly

Preferred Qualifications
-CRM system experience
-.Net, Java, web application programing experience
