Major Responsibilities:
-Responsible execution of complex work packages within important consulting projects (global across all TKs) with corresponding
-strategic importance: hierarchical allocation mostly to TK's BoM or head of region/department
-size: project organization with several sub-teams, many participants, partly with other professional departments and external consultants
-complexity: international and discipline spanning scope
-Responsible lead (also content-wise) of small projects
-Control of content of these projects and work packages: procedure, conception recommendation of content (agreed upon with Project Manager)
-Support of at least one BC field of expertise ("practice")
-Acquisition (scouting) of consulting projects (introduces BC's expertise to clients, listen to clients' needs and bring it to the attention of BC department head, prepare offer proposals)

Education, Qualifications and Skills:
-Master degree in science, engineering, or economics (as the case may be law)with above average examination marks
-Double qualification, one of the above plus economics (MBA) is an advantage
-Internships with approved success in relevant business (chemical/ pharmaceutics industries, consulting firms)
-Relevant and adequate experience in project management or technical line management function
-Good skills in organization and data processing
-Fluent in English
-Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
-Familiar with MS Office (incl. data bases)
-Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
-Goal-oriented working style
-Ability to take the initiative
-Ability to argue based on facts, frank but decent in front of top-management
-Open-minded for intercultural cooperation and good interpersonal relationship
-Superior communication skills (including in writing and presentation)
